The International Day of Happiness is celebrated annually on March 20th. This day was established by the United Nations to recognize the importance of happiness and well-being as universal goals for all human beings. It highlights the need for policies that prioritize happiness and promote the well-being of all people.
The theme for the International Day of Happiness in 2024 revolves around “Reconnecting for Happiness: Building Resilient Communities.” This theme underscores the importance of fostering connections, strengthening social bonds, and building resilient communities to promote happiness and well-being in the face of challenges.
